Post-Secondary Request Form

VHS will assist students with applications through the US-based Common App. If you are applying through Common App, please read the instructions in the confirmation email. Please note that a fee of $100 CAD applies for Common App requests, payable at a later date.

Many post-secondary institutions are now providing applicants with an online portal where students may upload all required documentation such as report cards and transcripts.

If your university has provided an online portal, you can use the electronic copies of reports cards we will send to you so you may upload to your portal directly.

If your university has not provided an online portal and has specifically requested documents from Virtual High School, please provide university details. Each request is $50 CAD.

For students applying to colleges in Ontario through ontariocolleges.ca. Please provide your OCAS Application Number below, if available.
